Citrus Heights Community Center
KMM was hired by the City of Citrus Heights to design data, telephone, CATV and low voltage pathways for the audio and video systems in their new community center building. As a member of the design team, KMM coordinated with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical and AV engineers, forming a design to meet the City of Citrus Heights' goals. Construction drawings and specifications were drafted by KMM and reviewed by the City for bidding.
Tedd McEndreee has helped Citrus Heights with the design and record keeping of data and telephone systems at their Fountain Square Drive facility since the City was formed in 1997.
