Constructibility

Sacramento ConstructibilityBefore committing to a medical procedure, a patient may request an experienced second opinion to help ensure success. Likewise, to reasonably guarantee the success of your low voltage project, KMM will provide peer review of plans crafted for your projects. For large-scale projects, KMM also offers commissioning services - monitoring the planning and construction of your project, while acting as an independent watchdog for the best interests of your organization.

KMM Constructibility Review includes:

  • Examining plans and specifications for feasibility given construction standards and component availability for all your low voltage systems:
    • telephone
    • data
    • CATV
    • fire
    • intrusion
    • clocks
    • building access
    • intercom
    • CCTV
    • Audio/Visual
  • Considering budget figures in relation to current market pricing and likely cash flows from all potential sources (private, local, county, state, federal entities),
  • Independent testing and review of low voltage system performance.

KMM Commissioning Services include:

  • Providing written documentation confirming that the low voltage system will function according to the criteria established by the building owner,
  • Where necessary, establishing functional low voltage system criteria to address the organization’s requirements,
  • Ensuring that other building systems are integrated with the low voltage system to meet the facility requirements,
  • Investigating, analyzing and optimizing low voltage system performance,
  • Acting as third party verification entity on projects where KMM was not involved in the design - testing / commissioning / system functionality review.
