KMM construction management services include:
- Regular meetings between key personnel representing all project constituents,
- Progress review and reporting,
- Monitoring and verification of construction as it relates to the plan and scope of work,
- Documentation and arrangement of owner and state approval for changes to plans or the scope of work,
- Enforcement of the project schedule,
- Monitoring of quality control based on plan specifications,
- Final review with authorized field inspectors,
- Closeout, including drafted record drawings for each part of the low voltage system, and reviewed and verified test results of system functionality,
- Closeout with state architect (DSA) and other entities requiring the customer to have the project signed off prior to closing,
- Warranty tracking and coordination with owner / contractor based on project specifications and warranty certificates, typically 2 years after project notice of completion filed with county / state / local agencies.
